Description
Learning to optimize the art of online networking is becoming an increasingly essential survival skill, especially as social networking sites offer opportunities for self-expression and professional collaborations. Social networking websites and online tools contribute to enhancing the quality and quantity of relationships, the amenities of global interconnectedness, and may become a key catalyst in fostering business growth. However, there are also social risks to consider. With this new technology, questions about ethical use and the lines regarding what is private and what is not have become so blurry and misunderstood that professionals can find themselves involved in situations that are less than desirable. This course provides the professional with basic acceptable ethical standards for social networking.
